PORK
Our pigs are raised on pasture, in rotational grazing.
- Heritage breed
- No soy/corn
- No meds/vax.
- Finished with apples from our unsprayed orchard, like in old times...
- $6.00/lb for whole pig + processing fees
- $6.50/lb for half pig + processing fees
HIGHLAND BEEF
Our highland cows are raised on unsprayed pastures, rotated to maximize forage.
- Fully registered highlands
- No meds/vax
- Fully grass raised and finished
